Alberto Rodulfo /”AR/” dela Serna, a former executive assistant of Harry Roque, was made to explain his joint bank account with the embattled lawyer, as well as their six overseas trips in 2023 alone, during the Wednesday (September 4) hearing of the House quad-committee.

Dela Serna, who described himself as an /”all-around alalay/” of Roque, was also asked why he appears to be a /”favorite/” of the former congressman among his employees.
