Apollo Quiboloy, the Davao-based preacher accused of sexual abuse and human trafficking, specifically asked police if he could cover his face ahead of his arrangement Friday.

This was revealed by Philippine National Police spokesperson PCol. Jean Fajardo after being questioned why Quiboloy’s face was always covered during his appearance at the Pasig Regional Trial Court for his arraignment.
