Congressman Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania was at the Trump rally Saturday when Secret Service rushed Donald Trump off stage. Kelly says he heard what he thought was gunfire and said he believes people at the rally were hit. CBS News chief election and campaign correspondent Robert Costa has more.
