Severe Tropical Storm Enteng (international codename Yagi) exited the Philippine area of responsibility at 4 a.m. Wednesday but will continue to enhance the southwest monsoon, bringing gusty winds and up to intense rains over the western section of Luzon, including Metro Manila.
