Lieutenant Jessa Mendoza of the Philippine Navy tells a Senate panel she was falsely tagged as an incorporator of 193 companies linked to POGOs, and she had been wrongly accused of crimes committed by POGOs she supposedly owns. She insists her only source of income is her salary as a member of the Navy.
