The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) identified a 20-year-old, Thomas Matthew Crooks, as the suspect who tried to attack Trump with an AR-15-style rifle from a nearby rooftop. The investigative agency also found some bomb-making materials from the gunman’s car. However, his motive to attack the former US President remains unclear. While police apprehended the suspect, some of Trump’s political allies are blaming the Democrats for the incident.
