Message to the conference announcing house majority support for the Iranian resistance
I appreciate the bipartisan initiative of the House of Representatives in presenting Resolution 1148.
This is a valuable model for an effective policy against the mullahs’ regime that has become the biggest cause of war and crisis in the region and the world. A religious dictatorship that is known for its massacre by executing 30,000 political prisoners in 1988.
In such circumstances, three fundamental steps are essential for a correct policy to confront the Iranian regime.
They include:
• Recognizing the struggle of the Iranian people to overthrow the regime and the right of Iranian youth to defend themselves against the Revolutionary Guards.
• Activating the snapback mechanism under Security Council Resolution 2231.
• Placing the regime under Chapter 7 of the United Nations Charter as a serious threat to global peace and security.
The NCRI wants to establish a democratic, free, non-nuclear republic based on the separation of religion and the state that is essential for peace and security in the region and tranquility throughout the world.
I am confident that with the determination of the Iranian people, we can and we must and we will free Iran.

از ابتکار عمل دوحزبی مجلس نمایندگان در ارائه قطعنامه ۱۱۴۸ قدردانی می‌کنم. این یک الگوی ارزشمند برای یک سیاست موثر در برابر رژیم آخوندی است که به ‌بزرگترین عامل جنگ‌افروزی و بحران در منطقه و جهان تبدیل شده است.
یک دیکتاتوری مذهبی که با کشتار ۳۰هزار زندانی سیاسی در سال ۱۳۶۷ ، رژیم قتل‌عام نام گرفته است.
در چنین شرایطی سه گام اساسی می‌تواند پایه‌های یک سیاست درست باشد که در مقابله با رژیم آخوندی ضروری است. از جمله:
• به‌رسمیت شناختن مبارزه مردم ایران برای سرنگونی رژیم و حق دفاع از خود برای جوانان ایران در مقابل سپاه پاسداران.
• فعال کردن مکانیزم ماشه طبق قطعنامه ۲۲۳۱ شورای امنیت ملل متحد
• قرار دادن رژیم ذیل فصل هفت منشور ملل متحد به‌عنوان تهدید مبرم صلح و امنیت جهان.
شورای ملی مقاومت ایران برای استقرار یک جمهوری دموکراتیک ، آزاد، غیر اتمی و مبتنی بر جدایی دین از دولت مبارزه می‌کند که الزام آزادی و دموکراسی در ایران، صلح و امنیت در منطقه و آرامش در سراسر جهان است.
مطمئنم که با عزم جزم مردم ایران ما می‌توانیم، باید و قطعا ایران را آزاد خواهیم کرد.

إنني أقدر مبادرة مجلس النواب من الحزبين في تقديم مشروع القرار 1148. وهذا نموذج قيم لسياسة فعالة ضد نظام الملالي، الذي أصبح أكبر سبب للحروب والأزمة في المنطقة والعالم.
دكتاتورية دينية سُميت بنظام المذبحة لارتكابه مجزرة طالت ارواح 30 ألف سجين سياسي عام 1988.
في مثل هذه الحالة، من شأنه أن تشكّل ثلاث خطوات أساسية أسس سياسة صحيحة ضرورية في مواجهة نظام الملالي. وتشمل هذه:
• الاعتراف بنضال الشعب الإيراني لإسقاط النظام وحق الشباب الإيراني في الدفاع عن أنفسهم ضد الحرس الثوري الإيراني.
• تفعيل آلية الزناد وفقا لقرار مجلس الأمن الدولي رقم 2231
• وضع النظام تحت الفصل 7 من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة باعتباره تهديدا ملحا للسلم والأمن العالميين.
يناضل المجلس الوطني للمقاومة الإيرانية من أجل إنشاء جمهورية ديمقراطية وحرة وغير نووية تقوم على فصل الدين عن الدولة، وهو شرط أساسي للحرية والديمقراطية في إيران، والسلام والأمن في المنطقة، والسلام في جميع أنحاء العالم.
أنا متأكدة من أنه بإرادة الشعب الإيراني الراسخة، يمكننا ويجب علينا أن نحرر إيران وسنحررها بالتأكيد.

Message à une conférence annonçant le soutient d’une majorité de la Chambre des Représentants américaine à la Résistance iranienne
J’apprécie l’initiative bipartisane de la Chambre des représentants qui a présenté la résolution 1148. Il s’agit d’un modèle de valeur pour une politique efficace contre le régime des mollahs qui est devenu la plus grande cause de guerre et de crise dans la région et dans le monde. Une dictature religieuse connue pour avoir massacré 30 000 prisonniers politiques en 1988.
Dans ces circonstances, trois étapes sont essentielles pour une politique correcte de confrontation avec le régime iranien :
– Reconnaître la lutte du peuple iranien pour renverser le régime et le droit de la jeunesse iranienne à se défendre contre les gardiens de la révolution.
– Activer le mécanisme de « snapback » prévu par la résolution 2231 du Conseil de sécurité.
– Placer le régime sous le chapitre 7 de la Charte des Nations unies en tant que menace sérieuse pour la paix et la sécurité mondiales.
Le CNRI souhaite établir une république démocratique, libre et non nucléaire, fondée sur la séparation de la religion et de l’État, qui est essentielle à la paix et à la sécurité dans la région et à la tranquillité dans le monde entier.
Je suis convaincue qu’avec la détermination du peuple iranien, nous devons et nous pouvons libérer l’Iran et nous le ferons sans aucun doute.
