This road will start at the municipality of Tagoloan Misamis Oriental traverses municipality of Malitbog Bukidnon then passing through Kalabugao road up to brgy Hagpa of Impasug-ong Bukidnon then will soon be connected to brgy San Vicente of Esperanza Agusan del Sur and connects to Agusan Malaybalay road at brgy Hawilian Esperanza Agusan del Sur going to Bayugan Rotonda and then passing through Bayugan Tandag road traversing brgy Calaitan, Berseba and San Juan of Bayugan City and then will soon be connected to brgy Umalag traversing municipality of San Miguel Surigao del Sur, Gamut and Victoria of Tago Surigao del sur then exit to Surigao-Davao Coastal road at Tandag City.
