INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 1 (Fried Pork Ribs)
2.3 lbs baby back ribs (cross cut)
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 stalk green onion, sliced finely sliced
4 tbsp of hot cooking oil
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of sugar
2 egg yolks
5 tbsp of cornstarch

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 ((PAN FRIED CHICKEN THIGHS AND VEGETABLES)
6 boneless chicken thighs
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp Chinese five spice powder
3/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp grated ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp red food coloring (optional)

1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp white pepper, 1 tsp oyster sauce,
2 tbsp water, 1/2 tsp cornstarch, 2-3 cups of mixed vegetables.
