Naga City has experieced its worst flooding since the 1990s and this is due to the passage of TS ENTENG (YAGI). The storm also affected Samar Provinces and most parts of the Bicol Region with torrential rains which caused heavy flooding in low-lying areas as well as landslides. Later today, Enteng is forecast to move across the eastern coastal areas of Cagayan Valley and into Ilocos Norte on Tuesday Sept. 03.
